{"id":30845,"date":"2025-03-21T22:41:06","date_gmt":"2025-03-21T22:41:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/losangelestvradio.com\/?p=30845"},"modified":"2025-05-23T22:54:02","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T22:54:02","slug":"justicia-espanola-confirma-la-extradicion-de-la-esposa-de-sebastian-marset-a-paraguay","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/losangelestvradio.com\/index.php\/2025\/03\/21\/justicia-espanola-confirma-la-extradicion-de-la-esposa-de-sebastian-marset-a-paraguay\/","title":{"rendered":"Justicia espa\u00f1ola confirma la extradici\u00f3n de la esposa de Sebasti\u00e1n Marset a Paraguay"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La resoluci\u00f3n que ratifica la extradici\u00f3n de la esposa de Sebasti\u00e1n Marset, Gianina Garc\u00eda Troche, a Paraguay qued\u00f3 firme, por lo que restar\u00eda la decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno espa\u00f1ol para completar el proceso.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Marzo 21, 2025 02:27 p. m.&nbsp;\u2022&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n del pleno de la Sala en lo Penal de Espa\u00f1a que ratific\u00f3 la extradici\u00f3n a Paraguay de Gianina Garc\u00eda Troche, esposa de Sebasti\u00e1n Marset, qued\u00f3 firme, inform\u00f3 el periodista de \u00daltima Hora Ra\u00fal Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo faltar\u00eda la decisi\u00f3n del Gobierno espa\u00f1ol para extraditar a la mujer procesada por el caso A Ultranza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garc\u00eda Troche fue detenida en julio del 2024 en el aeropuerto de Barajas, en Madrid, Espa\u00f1a. Intentaba abordar un vuelo y al presentar su pasaporte salt\u00f3 la alarma por el c\u00f3digo rojo de Interpol. Hab\u00eda viajado desde Dub\u00e1i, Emiratos \u00c1rabes, con destino a Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nota relacionada:\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, la Justicia paraguaya pidi\u00f3 formalmente su extradici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la Fiscal\u00eda, la misma constituy\u00f3 una sociedad para asegurar el disfrute de las ganancias obtenidas del tr\u00e1fico internacional de drogas, y abri\u00f3 una cuenta para lograr la circulaci\u00f3n de dinero il\u00edcito en el sistema financiero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aparentemente, la esposa de Marset se hab\u00eda allanado al pedido de extradici\u00f3n solicitado por Bolivia, pero la Justicia paraguaya ya tiene resoluci\u00f3n jurisdiccional que concedi\u00f3 el pedido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el medio hubo un esc\u00e1ndalo que involucr\u00f3 a la Polic\u00eda Nacional, debido a que en noviembre del 2023 se confirm\u00f3 que la notificaci\u00f3n roja que pesaba sobre ella fue borrada moment\u00e1neamente por parte de agentes, lo cual habr\u00eda permitido que Garc\u00eda Troche pueda trasladarse de un lugar a otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a
